The blog hop has ended — thank you so much for your visit! But I’ve brought back my projects for you to look at — watch for more details on each project in the days to come.
As you know, each stop along our Parade of Papers tour featured projects created by a talented Stampin’ Up! demonstrator made with SU!’s Designer Series Paper. And to celebrate National Scrapbooking Month, Designer Series Papers and textured 12″ x 12″ solid card stock are Buy 3 get 1 Free throughout the month of May — no limit!
Let me introduce you to the projects I’ve created with one of my favorite papers ever: Bella Bleu (click sample at right for details).
Project #1: Best Wishes Iris Fold Card — Surprisingly simple! You will find tutorials on this technique on the web, or come back here next week.
Stamps: Dreams du Jour, Oval All (Occasions Mini)
Ink: Not Quite Navy
Paper: Not Quite Navy, Kraft, Very Vanilla, Bella Bleu DSP
Other: Large Oval Punch, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Project #2: Expansion Wallet — Inspired by Holley Tondre. Measuring just 4″ square, this would be excellent for a gift of 3″ x 3″ cards, a mini scrapbook, a booklet of “honey do” coupons, or just a wad of cash!
Stamps: Friends 24-7
Ink: Basic Brown
Paper: Not Quite Navy, Kraft, Very Vanilla, Bella Bleu DSP
Other: Watercolor Wonder Crayons and Aqua Painter, Coluzzle Cutting System,Taffeta Ribbon (Kraft), Mat Pack and Piercing Tool, hook-and-loop fastener
Project #3: Panels Card — The perfect way to use up scraps!
Stamps: Lovely Letters
Ink: Not Quite Navy
Paper: Kraft, Not Quite Navy, Very Vanilla, Bella Bleu DSP
Other: Big Shot and Matchbox Bigz XL Die, 1¼” Circle and Designer Label Punches, Hodgepodge Hardware (Styled Vanilla)
Project #4: Always Box — Inspired by Mary Ellen Stites. This box reminds me of God’s faithfulness; each panel of the fold-out insert contains verses from Psalm 23 (The Message).
Stamps: Always
Ink: Not Quite Navy (Classic and Craft)
Paper: Bella Bleu, Naturals Ivory, Kraft
Other: Big Shot and Matchbox Die, Stampin’ Emboss Powder (Clear) and Heat Tool, 1-1/4″ and 1-3/8″ Circle Punches, Taffeta Ribbon (Kraft), Vintage Brad (Antique Brass)
Project #5: Pretty Card — Just in case you thought Bella Bleu was pretty monochromatic, here’s a card that uses one of two beautiful yellow and white damask patterns.
Stamps: Bloomin’ Beautiful
Ink: StazOn Jet Black
Paper: Barely Banana, Certainly Celery, Watercolor Paper, Bella Bleu DSP
Other: Watercolor Wonder Crayons and Aqua Painter, 1″ Circle Punch, Mat Pack and Piercing Tool, Classy Brass Template (Punches Plus), Eyelet Border Punch, Organza Ribbon (Whisper White), Pretties Kit

Debra,
Your projects are gorgeous! The iris fold card is stunning. I will definitely be back for instructions. I’ve seen it before, but never actually tried it…your card may be just the inspiration I need. The expansion wallet looks like such a fun project. Your Always box is another something I’ve wanted to try but haven’t. I {heart} panel cards, and have been making some of those myself recently. And your “Pretty Card” is just that–pretty! Thanks for sharing during the paper parade.
HUGS!

Oh my, everything is gorgeous! I love your Always box, what a sweet treasure! Your expansion wallet is amazing and I adore your “Pretty Card”. I really wasn’t thinking I’d invest in much more paper, but Bella Bleu was tempting and I think you did it for me! Thanks, so much, for sharing all your hard work!!
My fav was your Bloomin’ Beautiful card. Stunning and elegant card!
Hi Debra,
I’m hoping you are going to put the post with the projects back up once you have the tutorials or directions ready? The bookmark I made on the hop is now bringing up the comment section only. A couple of other bloggers thought breaking the links meant removing the post entirely (per original plans) but later put them back up after confirming the posts can be left up just not the follow on links integral to the hop itself.
I would so love another look at your projects.
Thanks – Jean
I will miss you, your cards were always inspiring.
your comments. Im’ just sorry that I didn’t comment on all your blog’s. Best Wishes to all you do in the future. Much Love, Carol
Not gone permanently — just my blog hop projects, and just for now! I’ll be posting tutorials very soon. Stand by!
