Ride like the wind

Last night I took my first bike ride of the season.  It was so muggy and warm all day, we waited until after sunset.

#120069 - Pedaling Past

I love to ride:  the wind in my hair, the bugs in my teeth!  I was happy when I could bike to and from the office, even though I arrived sweaty and had to stand directly in front of the window air conditioner to cool off.  I love speed.

What I don’t love is this weather.  I’m a cream puff when it’s hot; DH doesn’t like the cold and snow.  Aren’t we a pair?

This card was inspired by one I saw quite awhile ago, so I was thrilled to see this stamp set in the new Summer Mini.  It’s so striking to have a simple image surrounded by white.

Stamps:  Pedaling Past

Other:  Big Shot, Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder, Scallop Square die, 1-3/8″ and 1-1/4″ Square Punches, 3/4″ Polka-Dot Grosgrain Ribbon (Real Red), Stampin’ Dimensionals
