Rolling along

I made this card for a teaching colleague who shocked me a few weeks ago by telling me he had successfully bicycled up to Wisconsin from his home — a trip I estimate to be over 50 miles.  As the crow flies.  So stunned was I that I didn’t ask him if he stayed overnight along the way … I would have had to!

I’m so happy using the Clear Mount stamps.  The storage, the price, the ability to “see through” the stamp have all been positives for me.  Here, I drew a light penciled line to keep the sentiment and border straight.  It worked perfectly, and I was very pleased with myself, I must say!

This sketch, from the stampers at Pals Paper Arts, and color combination are my challenges for May.  Done and done!

Ink:  Basic Gray, Brocade Blue, Night of Navy
