Forever wild

Forever Wild About You

I have gotten so much mileage out of this set!  Luckily I see at least one in the new catalog that will provide the same playful feel for kids’ cards.  I think you will love it!

Meanwhile, I went back through my stamp camp archives and pulled out this card, using the filmstrip technique.  Our Spiral Punch provides the notches on the long edges, something like our classroom filmstrips had.  (If you remember that, let’s talk about hula hoops and The Happy Hollisters!)

In addition to the retiring stamp set, this card uses paper, ink and ribbon in the former In Color Wild Wasabi, a green that I loved.  It’s always fun to see where Stampin’ Up! leads us, as far as trendy colors, and the 2010 colors are no exception!  With names like Rich Razzleberry and Melon Mambo, can’t you just feel the tropical breeze from Bermuda Bay?
